Cozy World, a dynamic gaming company currently in the beta testing phase of our exciting new game, is seeking enthusiastic and responsible Support Specialists to join our team. Our goal is to create the best possible experience for our users, and we understand that active support for newcomers is a critical success factor in this process.

Directly assist new players in resolving in-game errors and issues, providing clear and concise guidance.
Spend 6-12 hours in training sessions to familiarize yourself with all potential in-game errors and the instructions on how to fix them.
Actively participate in our support community, sharing knowledge and helping to improve our support resources.
Provide feedback to the development team on recurring issues, helping to improve the game during its beta phase.
Maintain a friendly and supportive demeanor, ensuring a positive experience for all players.
Strong communication skills, with proficiency in English.
Ability to quickly understand and diagnose in-game issues.
Patience and a positive attitude when dealing with new players.
Availability to participate in 6-12 hours of training and onboarding.
Experience with gaming and a basic understanding of common gaming issues is a plus.
