Web3 Social Media & Content Manager (Remote) at Phoenix Growth

The Role
This junior to mid-level manager role plays a vital role in leading our social media and content creation efforts. You’ll be responsible for developing and executing strategic social media campaigns, managing a team of social media managers, and collaborating with internal and client teams to amplify brand awareness and engagement.

Responsibilities:
– Strategic Development: Craft and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with client goals and objectives. – Utilize performance data to refine platform-specific strategies, ensuring content resonates with the target audience and stays ahead of digital trends.
– Content Creation: Manage client social media presence across major platforms like Twitter, LinkedIn, Medium (expanding to TikTok & YouTube). Oversee the content calendar, collaborate with the design team to produce engaging content, and establish a consistent brand voice.
– Community & Influencer Engagement: Identify, engage, and manage key influencers in the Web3 space. Collaborate with marketing and community teams to leverage influencer power for brand awareness and engagement.
– Campaign Management: Manage social media strategies, operations, and execution for 3-4 clients. Develop and execute influencer marketing campaigns in key markets.
– Relationship Management: Build and manage your influencer pipeline to achieve set objectives. Act as the lead point of contact for all influencer interactions.
– Performance Analysis: Utilize analytics tools to track and evaluate social media performance, achieving campaign ROI and hitting key targets.
– Collaboration & Innovation: Liaise with the Community and Design teams to set social strategy and explore new opportunities and tactics.
– Operational Efficiency: Create and maintain account management systems for scheduling, posting, and replies. Provide insights and reporting to clients.

Qualifications:
– Proven experience in social media marketing and content creation, with a strong understanding of web3 concepts and the current blockchain landscape.
– Experience managing social media accounts across platforms like Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, and Twitch (familiarity with Farcaster and Lens a plus).
– Excellent writing, communication, and collaboration skills.
Experience with blogging/editorial content creation (copywriting experience a bonus).
– Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, remote environment.
– Familiarity with social media management tools like Hootsuite, Meltwater, or Sprout Social (preferred, not mandatory).

– Experience with influencer marketing in the web3 space.
Proven ability to analyze data and translate it into actionable insights.
