**Key Responsibilities:**
– Collaborate closely with the CEO to align with the company’s vision, mission, and core principles.
– Design, implement, and maintain robust and scalable backend infrastructure.

– Develop monitoring and alerting systems to ensure high system availability and optimal performance.
– Continuously enhance system architecture, security, and best practices to keep pace with industry standards.
**Requirements:**
– Over 5 years of experience in backend development and infrastructure engineering.
– Deep understanding of blockchain technology, especially within the Solana ecosystem.
– Proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript and Rust.
– Experience with cloud computing platforms like GCP or AWS, and containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
– Strong knowledge of database technologies, including SQL and Cloud Firestore.
