Chief Executive Justin Hotard highlighted persistent demand originating from AI-powered data centers as a primary catalyst. Market participants are progressively viewing Nokia through a different lens—shifting away from its traditional telecom identity toward recognition as a network infrastructure provider deeply connected to AI infrastructure expansion.

Hotard also discussed supply chain challenges facing the industry. Anticipating memory component shortages continuing through 2027, management plans to secure extended supply commitments, modify product engineering specifications, and transfer elevated input costs to end customers.

Following these results, Nokia elevated its full-year profit guidance, providing additional momentum behind Tuesday’s stock appreciation.
