THEO is Now Live on Hydrex — Autheo’s Internet Operating System Token Begins Trading

Following its August 14 announcement, THEO enters the public market at $0.05, with 125 validators securing Mainnet and over 2 million wallets, 1.1 million smart contracts, and 10 million transactions on testnet.

Autheo confirmed that THEO, the native utility token powering its Internet Operating System, is now live on Hydrex, the Base-native Omni-Liquidity MetaDEX. THEO entered the public market at a reference price of $0.05 against USDC, with Enflux serving as official market maker.

Unlike many blockchain projects that enter the public markets before meaningful adoption, THEO launches into an operational ecosystem — powering Autheo’s Internet Operating System, with Mainnet secured by 125 validators.

TOKENOMICS

THEO has a maximum supply of 7.0 billion tokens, with approximately 5.33% designated as initial circulating supply at TGE — for an initial market capitalization of approximately $18.66 million at the $0.05 reference price. The substantial majority of this allocation is designated for liquidity, with most of that liquidity locked or otherwise unavailable for trading. The fully diluted valuation of $350 million represents the theoretical value if all tokens were circulating, but emissions are intentionally distributed over a 10-year period, introducing supply very gradually. The model was developed over several years, with contributions from two Ph.D.-level tokenomics researchers, to support sustainable network economics and align long-term incentives.

THEO UTILITY

THEO powers the economics of the Autheo Internet Operating System — the native utility and coordination asset connecting users, developers, infrastructure providers, and validators. It pays for compute, storage, networking, messaging, AI services, containers, and other decentralized infrastructure, while rewarding the providers that contribute resources to the mesh network. THEO also supports Validator and Infrastructure Node participation, staking, network security, governance, transaction fees, and provider incentives. As applications and enterprises consume resources, THEO provides the economic mechanism through which demand is measured, paid for, and distributed to participants providing and securing the infrastructure.

LAUNCH PARTNERS & WHAT’S NEXT

Launch partners include Hydrex and Enflux (market making). Autheo’s infrastructure has undergone independent security audits across multiple layers, with Halborn auditing the Testnet and Validator Node platform, CertiK auditing Mainnet and smart contracts, and Avelar Labs auditing the Base Autheo Mainnet bridge. Decentralized infrastructure deployment and hosting are supported by Zeeve, InfStones, and Antier.

ApeBond is expected to launch an on-chain OTC bond program shortly after listing, through which participants may acquire THEO under a discounted, vested structure designed to support protocol-owned liquidity.

With THEO now publicly trading, Autheo is entering the next phase of its rollout, with additional strategic partnerships, exchange listings, product launches, and ecosystem initiatives expected to be announced in the coming weeks.

“For years, we built in quiet — the network, the infrastructure, the audits — knowing that a token without a working platform is simply a token, not an economy,” said Todd Mortenson, Founder and Managing Director of Autheo. “THEO is live — and for the first time, the public can participate directly in building the Internet Operating System, expanding the Autheo ecosystem, and shaping the THEO economy — an economy designed for developers, infrastructure providers, validators, enterprises, and users alike. The world has no shortage of tokens. It has a shortage of economies worth participating in — built on working infrastructure, secured by real validators, and driven by real network participation. That’s what an Internet Operating System makes possible. Today, that economy opens to the world with THEO.”

HOW TO BUY THEO

To purchase THEO on Hydrex: (1) install an EVM-compatible wallet and add the Base network; (2) fund the wallet with USDC on Base; (3) navigate to hydrex.fi and connect the wallet; (4) verify the official THEO contract address and select the THEO/USDC pair; and (5) confirm the swap. Hydrex provides permissionless, non-custodial trading through connected wallets.

ABOUT AUTHEO

Autheo is building the Internet Operating System — a decentralized coordination and execution layer unifying compute, cloud, storage, AI, networking, microservices, identity, security, and blockchain, with native IBC interoperability.

Founded by Scott Bayless and Todd Mortenson, Autheo launched Mainnet on May 14, 2026. The project is stewarded across four entities: Autheo, LLC (Wyoming — operations), Autheo Labs, LLC (Wyoming — development), THEO Token Ltd (BVI — token issuer), and the Autheo Foundation (US nonprofit — protocol steward).
