In my opinion, he has to be dead, or at least he has lost access to his wallet with 1.1 MILLION BITCOIN, valued at 86B dollars. Because otherwise, the institutionals, big fortunes, and investment funds wouldn’t be buying an asset in which any day the creator could sell his holdings and cause the price to crash by -80%. They wouldn’t run that risk. They know with scientific certainty that the creator no longer has access to his funds and can’t sell, triggering massive sell-offs.
