Ugh. Frustratingly had my laptop compromised. Had 1.5BTC stolen in 3 transactions… I’m guessing there’s nothing I can do right?
I wasn’t careful and was searching for a program – Mole. I had multiple windows open on my laptop and clicked a malicious website which prompted me to install the program via terminal. Terminal prompt requested my root password.
That would’ve been 8.40am. At 9.30pm, I received a Google notification I was trying to log in. 5 mins later, a Microsoft one.
My Microsoft account they managed to create an alias, create another authenticator I’m guessing and got into my OneDrive. I had my seed phrase stolen from there – my own fault for leaving it there.
