Moving into a basement apartment and looking for a miner i can use as a space heater. I’m new to mining and still confused about payouts: do you earn small amounts of bitcoin regularly through a pool, or are you waiting to mine a full coin? Do I need any extra equipment?
I’m comparing an 800W miner for a smaller room with a setup that draws around 1400W on standard mode and can heat a garage. Both are about 18W/TH.
Which setup gives the best balance of price, hashrate, and heat?
