I built a mempool visualizer where you can watch the next block get pulled out of the heap

OrangeDeck draws the mempool as a tile mosaic: every waiting transaction is a square, sized by the value it moves and coloured by age, fee or type. When a block is found, the confirmed ones fly out of the heap and into it. That’s the moment in the video, recorded live.

Next to the feed there’s a block height clock for an old tablet, a Bitaxe monitor, a block explorer and market data.

It’s a standalone app, no browser needed, and it can pull its data from your own node’s mempool instance.

The tile packing is ported from bitfeed by mononaut, data comes from mempool.space by default. It holds no keys and can’t sign. Linux, Windows, Android and F-Droid, MIT licensed, no account.
