LAVA LOCKED ME OUT OF $9,000 IN BITCOIN

I am beyond infuriated!!! I have been such a huge advocate for Lava for almost a year. I loved the ease of being able to post my Bitcoin as collateral and quickly being able to receive funds; funds which I used to facilitate a huge long distance move for me and my family. Since then, I have been managing/viewing my loan. Last evening, I felt like it was important for me to inquire with Lava’s “Concierge” support staff, so I made an inquiry informing them that as a result of so many company backings lately, I wanted to see what the process would be to potentially change my login information (to protect myself). TELL ME WHY Lava’s Concierge emails me back saying that “out of precaution” they are suspending my access to the platform!!! And their support staff takes so long to respond, I basically have $9,000 worth of Bitcoin in LIMBO! I demand an answer and resolution for this overstep of security.
