I’m looking for advice from anyone who has successfully recovered funds from Blockchain.com in a similar situation.
Support keeps telling me that my details do not match the original account holder and that funds can only be returned to the person whose identity was verified during the initial account creation.
The problem is that I don’t understand what this so-called initial verification refers to, and I’m trying to get a clear explanation from support. My concern is a name discrepancy, yet they insist that no further steps or alternative options are available.
Has anyone experienced this before, especially where Blockchain.com mentioned initial identity verification? Were you eventually able to recover your funds? If so, how?
I’d appreciate genuine experiences and practical advice from anyone who has dealt with this successfully.
